Rumor came to the Legendary 12 of that vermin Trakanon had appeard in the Ruins of Old Sebilis, and was stinking up the place. A plea for speedy and expert removal from the locals was the only excuse we needed to be on our way.

While this reporter was not present at the attack, it has been mentioned that through some twist of magic there may have been more than one instance of Trakanon sitting in his lair (which would account for the more potent than normal stink).

One dragon, two dragons, does it matter? We attacked and killed. Congratulations to the members who shared in the vile dragon's bounty.

With the server outage Tuesday having reset all spawns, it was unlikely that we would be able to get the Glyped and Exiled serpents to spawn in the basement of Ssra Temple. However it was important that we spend time there (most of the guild had not been to that part) and learn the pulls and the terrain.

The Legendary 12 held a "dry run" in Ssra temple, descending to the basement and clearing the areas in order several times to learn the pull patterns, and the creatures. At times there appeared to be an endless see of skeletons besieging us, but our powerful area effect casting members dispatched them by the bucketful.

No appreciable loot was found, but everyone learned lots and had fun.

Some say the world of Norrath is a cheerful and jolly place. We in the Legendary 12 tend to agree with these optimistic folk, but point out that at the same time there are still plenty of cranky evil midges wielding weapons of mass destruction wandering about un-checked.

We take Homeland Security very seriously, and when we heard that Dain Frostreaver IV had emerged from his hole, there was no way we were going to give him enough time to see his shadow!

His slaying helped bring peace in our world closer to reality, and gave us some really spiffy gear to boot! Congratulations to all the members who were enhanced!

With yesterday's server reset, many interesting and exciting creatures were wandering around Norrath alive. Naturally we could not let this happen! After pondering our options for a brief amount of time, we setteled on taking out whatever was moving in the Temple of Veeshan.

Our first target was Dozekar, and we fought our way into the Halls of Testing, slaying many guardians and drakes along the way. We were able to defeat him in spite of surprising amounts of lag, and we all rejoiced as he fell.

After he was down and looted, we move back to the waiting room and began working our way to the north side of the Temple of Veeshan/

Our efforts were rewarded with a wealth of wonderful items that were divided among the guild.

UPDATE

Late news is that we were able to take down Ikatiar the Venom later this same evening. The fight was a close one with some unexpected guests showing up. It was described as "A race to see who would kill whom first". I am happy to report we won that race, and we were rewarded with the following additional booty for our horde

Mondays are the days that we usually spend on character development. We were out in various corners of Norrath, working on gaining levels and alternate advancement points. In a mixed blessing, Stormhammer crashed.

As the members of the Legendary 12 logged back in, we ran down a list of our favorite targets. In the end, what could be more fun than a surprise visit to our old pal The Vindicator?

We quickly assembled in Kael, and cleared the guards, the priests, and anything else that gave us a funny look. We pulled the Vindicator and gave him a routine thrashing with Zerapheus providing the excellent tanking services.

As we had finished the Vindicator, word came to us that King Tormax was stomping around his throne room, spoiling for a fight, a fight we were all to eager to provide!

The fight was brief and featured a healthy amount of blood and gore (all his). In the end he was defeated, and the army of Legendary 12 raised their weapons and spell books in victory.

As you could imagine, there was a healthy supply of treasure, and we distributed it among the members. Congratulations all!

The clock was running down for the Tier period, and the Legendary 12 was on a roll. Tunare and King Tormax had already fallen to our forces, and Zlandicar was a tempting target.

We quickly mustered at the entrance to Dragon Necropolis, grouped our forces and headed down towards his lair. On the way down we stopped by to let Zerapheus make his Sleepers Tomb key. (Congratulations!)

With a minimum of fighting and a couple of annoying traps, we were assembled just behind the waterfall, and began to prepare for our fight.

Unknown to us, the Chetari rats had tipped off their lord Zlandicar to our approach, and as he heard us in the hall, he planed to fight the battle at the time of his choosing. Taking us by surprise, he lept out into the tunnel and attacked. For a lesser force being caught unprepared would have spelled a long and messy corpse recovery. Unfortunately for Zlandicar, we were more than a match for him, even after he cowardly gated back to his lair to regain his strength.

In the end he lay dead, and we once again congratulated our members who were awarded valuable upgrades.

After a brief rest from their struggle against Tunare, the Legendary 12 traveled to Kael Drakkel. Rumor was that King Tormax had finally come home from his tour of Eastern Wastes (we had waited for an audience for days...) and was finally ready to find out what we wanted.

This was our first match up against him, and we were able to defeat him with a minimum of casualties. It was a great outing for us, and we divided the King's ransom among our guild members.

Congratulations to Legendary 12!

Anyone who has faced Tunare knows that its not a quick and easy event. She commands a large plane stuffed to the brim with jolly woodland creatures that are armed with razor sharp fangs and a lust for blood.

Countless hours were spent thinning her heard. The army of Legendary 12 labored like Titans, unduring many deaths and strange problems with creatures becomming agressive to the clearing party at random.

Teamwork, dedication and focus always pay off. In the end we fough Tunare (with no assistance from our friends in other guilds this time) and dispatched her incarnation. As you might expect from a goddess, she had some wonderful treasure. Congratulations to the members who won them with hard earned points!
